Oh shit yeah, DD is pretty good but kinda grindy and tons of DLC, base game alone is still worth a look though at the very least.

Action Tower Defense tags shows Sang-Froid Tales of Werewolves. I'm not sure since I haven't played, but at $1.49 (90% off), who cares?
if you're looking for tower defense games, I would highly recommend Defenders Quest: Valley of the Forgotten and Kingdom Rush. Defenders Quest is more RPG-Tower Defense as in you can level up characters/get equipment, the graphics are a little meh and the story is kinda lulzy but it's an excellent game and way worth full-price (it's 50% off now though)
So I just picked up Borderlands 2 (had it on 360 but fuck XBL) and Mirror's Edge which I missed out on when it first came out...
It begins.......
Anyone know if there are any other sites for Steam wishlisting and notifications? It seems like the store itself won't let me wishlist things I already own and I wanted to keep an eye on a few things for friends
Derp, good idea.
God I love trading cards. I got a pack, opened it and got a repeat, sold it, used the money to get a card to finish a badge and get a point. And a sale card to sell at a profit since they're .50 a pop atm.
The sale card I got was foil. I just made three bucks.
BADGEMANIA GO!
(Also, I just got 4 hard XIV sightseeing locations in 10 minutes, I'mma just go buy a lottery ticket.)
Gotta say, I'm kinda disappointed. After seeing the 6 games per hour on GoG, in addition to a bunch of daily bundles, it's kinda lame to see Steam only have 9 daily deals and 8 games per 8 hours.
GoG's rotation is of a pretty limited pool that I've seen so far on the other hand.
Waiting on either one of the service to get a flash sale on Freespace 1&2.
Rebought Hotline Miami + Witcher 2 (got them on GOG) for the Steam achievments and feel kinda silly..... but come on, it's cheaper than my breakfast today.
Been itching to get stick of truth finally, $40 seems worth it, but i'm wondering if i should wait on winter sale for possible 50% off.
Kind of want to get Bound By Flame... probably no chance of it going any lower since it's still pretty new, huh
So for these cards, you get all the cards from game X and then put them together to get a badge and you might get one of the summer adventure cards? And you put all 10 of those together to get the summer adventure badge? How do you get cards from games? Is it like an achievement or are they just random things you get for spending time in a game?
The daily deal sale prices today are, underwhelming.
Here's hoping the cyberpunk vote wins.
Normal cards you get playing a game you own, it's half the set count, rounded up for odds. It's just time, not achievements, they learned from TF2.
F2P games require a minimum purchase to unlock "ownership", but unlike normal games, further purchases increase your total earn-able number of cards.
Each time someone crafts a game's badge from a full set of cards, a single pack of 3 cards is spawned and given to an eligible player (someone who has earned all the allotted cards for their game [the half set], and logged in in the past week. Also, odds are weighted to higher level players, for every 10 levels. Qual has a better chance of getting packs than I do, for instance.)
During this sale, any badge crafted, in addition to usual stuff, 100% gives you a bonus sale trading card.
You can also get a card for every $10 of steam purchases, voting in 3 community deals (one a day basically), and every day, if you earned a point for your team (by crafting a badge),you get a card (two if your team won).
