If it's not cheaper, it'll be the same. But I'd bet money you can find it cheaper during xmas sales.
It's been cheaper multiple times. Right now it's on sale for $14.99 with a bunch of DLC on Bundle Stars.

If you didn't purchase this yet, it's now $7.91 when using promo code cdkeysblack10 at checkout.

I just crafted a badge on steam and instead of the regular coupon I got a Holiday Sale card...
It's coming soon @_@
Next week probably.
My best guess is Dec 18th - Jan 1st or Dec 20th - Jan 4th 10am. I have a strong feeling it will be similar to the Thanksgiving sale unless they go crazy with badge games again.
All I want is Divinity Original Sin for $20 or less to buy it for my friends. They've been pretty stingy on sales since Enhanced dropped.
Wait, what is this about Divinity: Original Sin? There's an enhanced edition? I stopped playing that ages ago because I got annoyed with the pacing of the game as well as a few other minor things.
Not sure how much is actually different as I only got 2-3 hours into the original version, but at the very least it's fully voice acted now.
You get the upgrade for free if you had the original game. Should be in your steam library automatically, if that's what you owned it on. Dunno how it works with GOG.
Pacing is unchanged. It's still a very slow game. Which isn't entirely correct since it sort of tells you what to do but sort of lets you explore. It took me 25 hours to get level 10 and leave the first area.
Winter steam sale has commenced. Ends Jan 4th. Pretty much the same as the Thanksgiving/Black Friday sale. No dailies or flashes either. Prepare wallets and Christmas cash per usual.
No daily nor flash deals? That's lame.
I think they stopped doing those because they often had cheaper prices than the dailies. And now you can refund games easily so it would be a hassle. So same sales all the way throughout.
Ha! Pricing error for the original Quake. 132% off. $-9.61.
Edit. has since been fixed.
Edit2: Hmmm...product page has correct 75% off, but frontpage still lists 132% off
