I remember having fun with Tropico 1, so I picked this up but haven't tried it yet. If you never heard of it, it's a sim city type of game, just that you play a dictator of a banana republic. The goal of the game is generally to retire with a fat swiss bank account. You need to stay in power by making the citizens happy or rigging the elections and can need to think of things like having the tourist resort on one side of the island, while your people live in slums on the other side.

Dawn of War II Gold (original + Chaos Rising) for $20

I'm not a fan of the Splinter Cell series, but Dawn of War II is a very underrated squad-based RTS. There's also still a few other good sales running, Majesty 2 for $7.50, Orange Box for $20.

Impulse has a bunch of stuff on sale this weekend too, haven't looked it over closely, but $20 for Gratuitous Space Battles+DLC and $10 for Demigod caught my eye. They also look to have some decent bundles if you happen to be so uncultured that you don't already have most of them already. Just make sure to keep an eye on the DRM on Impulse, a lot of the big publishers don't strip out SecuROM/etc for it like they do on Steam. The two I mentioned above are DRM-free, and great pickups at those prices.

Hasn't been posted yet in this topic but TF2 is half off this weekend for the free weekend, should definitely pick it up since $10 for this game is a steal. Most likely won't hit that low again till the Christmas sale.

If you want Crysis+Warhead, it's 20$ together, now is the time to get it. I'm debating it since I only played demos of crysis to see how my pc handled it.

I never played Dragon Age, none of these days really hit me other than crysis but idk if I even want it. I've got fallout3 to playthrough again, Metro2033 to beat, just got Halflife pack for like 15$, bought gta4 last week.... no time for crysis even tho it'd be maxed settings drool.
