If you want HL2 , buy the Orange Box for 19.99. Get HL2 and episode 1 and 2, plus portal and TF2 as well. I think it's worth the price, even with TF2 going free.

Yeah I have OB on the 360, was hoping the PC version would hit like $5-10. Going to have to peruse the sale items when I get home.
Didn't Tempyst want to be alerted when the original Half-Life went on sale?
Orange box will almost certainly be one of the dailies for less than $20.
I'm hoping New Vegas goes on sale, and I'm a bit interested in Black Ops, but I only want to have it to dick around with so 33% off is not good enough.
I think if you're interested in playing that type of game, King's Bounty and its expansion are much better alternatives. I logged close to 100 hours in one playthrough of the original game's campaign, and will probably get the same out of the 2 expansions.
On the other hand, I just purchased HoMM5 and within 10mins of playing the original campaign, I'm already getting bored. Given, I've played it before, so that may be part of it, but the whole game just seems a lot more dated than King's Bounty than it should be.
New deals soon
that half life deal was pretty sweet
How is Darksiders? Is it like Devil May Cry?
Anyone ever played Magicka? I've been looking for some co-op games to play with my friends and this looks like it has potential.
Been thinking of picking up Borderlands, but I'm afraid it'll go on sale some time in the next week. Haven't played it at all and I have a long weekend to waste.
You should really wait until the last day, as they tend to have 'best of' blowouts where previous day's deals become reactivated.
how is darksiders w/o game pad?
