I do with Bethesda would stop jewing on their older games though. Morrowind:GOTY is 8 years old yet it's the same price as Oblivion and New Vegas when there are not any sales happening.

Also, the original Operation Flashpoint & resistance expansion (the good one) are now on steam and super cheap. Graphics are very dated, but god damn I used to love this game.

While that's still odd (it's $17 on Amazon.com), one possible reason for that pricing is the recent 5th Anniversary Edition release ($29.99 MSRP here) - price might have been increased on the GoTY if the seller saw it could no longer be restocked.

Is $6.79 good for Tropico 3 gold? I know it has been on sale a million times but someone recently recommended it to me and I was waiting for a good sale to get it. The anniversary sale seems like it should be a good time to grab it.

The lowest you'd probably see Tropico 3 ever go is $5 during Xmas, but I doubt $2 should make the difference between purchasing it or not.

I own it, and the only thing I have to say is that the game's tutorial is kinda useless for setting you up for success. There's a LOT of reading to do online to figure out the quirks of the game's economic system and keeping people on your island happy while you go about bribing/killing your opposition. Could always try the demo out.

I went ahead and bought it. it was the steam edition + the expansion for 6.79. But, I am remembering that is was closer to $4 during the summer sales. With the next in the series coming out it will probably be cheaper again soon ; ;

I love it personally. Bots help when most human players aren't on. I just wish it didn't use GFWL.

They usually state for how long. Borderlands is a weekend sale, I think it ends Monday at 12pm cst. Daily sales are 12pm to 12pm of the next day.

There are dailies as well as midweek and weekend sales. Barring special promotions of course.

Obviously it's dated, but I'm tempted to buy it just for curiosity sake since that game got passed through a LOT of developers before Turtle Rock took it up and finished it.

Borderlands is a great game. I have it for PS3, but my PS3 is broken so I'm picking it up for PC even though I've beaten it and most DLC.

I'm loving Borderlands so far. And as far as CS goes, I stick with Source and CS 1.6. I tried condition zero, just didn't like it -_-
