Not Steam, but, Amazon's Cyber Monday deals week has PC games on sale today. Mostly direct download, such as the Witcher 2 for $15.99, Alice: Madness Returns for $14.99, plus some stuff like Darksiders, Metro 2033, etc for $4.99.

There are some physical copies there too - Deus EX HR is $19.99 for digital or physical. FFXIV is $9.99 for a physical copy, etc.

How many coupons can I use on an item?

You can use one coupon per item.

Coupons are valid on discounted items unless specified otherwise.

Expired coupons will be automatically removed from your inventory.

How do I know which products the coupon can apply to?

Coupons in your inventory will have a button marked “View Applicable Games” in the detail panel for each one. Following this button will show you a page with available products that the coupon can apply to.

How do I apply a coupon during checkout?

I hath sinned and never played an Elder Scrolls game. I may need to remedy that, even though I have no time for games I've been backlogged on since last X-Mas and I KNOW I'm gonna get sucked into even more games this X-Mas.

The odds are good of a sale on Skyrim for the Steam Winter Sale. I'd wait until then instead of installing Oblivion.

Kind of an odd, slightly random question, but this thread is full of PC gamers, so fuck it. Does anyone here know if Gamestop (shit, some of you work there, right?) locations that do not carry PC games will accept trade-ins for credit and order a PC game for you? Basically, my PS3 died like 2 years ago and I haven't been assed to fix it, and was wondering if I could trade in a bunch of PS3 games and have them special order me a PC game for it (none of my local Gamestops carry PC games in stock that I know of).

Not to be a dick, but you would probably be better off asking the gamestop itself. I know they'll give you store credit for any game you trade in. And I do know of gamestops in the past who have ordered PC games because the people wanted it. Gamestop near where I lived did a midnight release for FFXIV because the manager wanted to. I'm sure they would be open to ordering a game for you if you ask.
