anyone ever play those sherlock holmes games? im a sucker for a sam'n'max type series for a price like that. also getting monday night combat & grotesque tactics pack, everything else i either have or not a fan of (racing). these sales are making me feel pathetic, i've already had 90% of everything on sale in december so far. really did a number on myself last year and this past summer.

Did Steam ever fix the no gift issue? Still haven't received anything from the spiral knights achievement and every now and again Portal 2 pops up (as a tab) in my inventory, so I'm thinking/hoping it's trying to give me Portal 2

Also if it's a tab, it's not the game. Games show up under the steam tab. My portal tab keeps appearing and disappearing as well, but it's just a dumb hat in it.

If Skyrim actually goes as low as 50% off, I'll be very happy since that'll give me an extra $30 after refunding my PS3 version. I'm honestly expecting only 25% or so though.

Mass Effect 1 and 2 -75%. I'm one of the heretics who hasn't played them - would BG recommend them to someone who generally loves RPGs but tends to dislike the more sandboxey variants such as The Elder Scrolls games?
