Unless you have the gold coupons that work outside of jan/feb, I really, really, really doubt anyone here wants any of your coupons.
Less than $20 total damage this sale around, with seven games bought so far. Trying to keep it under $25 so I've room for one more small gem.
$37.40 for my haul this year. Would have been $10 less if Serious Sam 3 didn't end up so cheap on a competitor's site that offered a Steam key. Was trying to keep within my usual $30 budget.
Was disappointed at the lack of indie game bundles this year though, even though I probably around own 90% of them from the donation drives this year.
Purchased goods in spoiler.
Spoiler: show
$57.47 in total for me. Tempted yet another year to buy a publisher pack.
Had $5 left on a giftcard, grabbed these before the sale ended: Oddworld Pack, Swarm Arena, Capsized (holy fuck why haven't I heard of this one before)
In case anybody else is like me and wanted some "hidden gems" to buy before the sale ended.
I ended up with 18 pieces of coal, X3 Gold Edition, a DOTA2 beta invite, 2x 25% off Valve, 50% off Valve, 50% off Oddworld Munch's Oddysee, 33% off CitiesXL2012, 50% off Xotic, and 50% off Hoard.
I'm willing to trade any and all of it.
I averaged about half the achievements every day and had a lot of fun trying new games and grabbing cheap stuff. I think I spent under $20 and got a dozen games.
you got a dota invite from the gift stuff?
got a -33% space marine
-50% san andreas
-25% bit composer
-50% stranger oddworlds wrath
-50% dungeon defenders
dungeon defenders itself
-33% a game of thrones
-33% valve
I've got a free copy of Half Life 2 if anyone doesn't have it '-')
If you're just giving it away, I'll take it. I've never played it.
Never played any of the Half Life games.
If you aren't using that -50% off dungeon defenders coupon, I wouldn't mind taking it off your hands. I just have the standard -50% and -25% Valve game coupons though, not sure what you'd be looking for. PM for steam ID.
I have a copy of Portal, if somebody hasn't played that for some reason. I doubt it has any value since it's a fairly common game that's cheap anyways, but if somebody wants it.
I accept free games people might be giving away :D
I don't have much to give back, though. Just a copy of train simulator which I'm probably going to open soon (I used to like trains when I was younger <.<) and a ton of coupons :/
Checked my total damages this morning and saw I spent ~$100; around $50 after I figure the money I saved returning Skyrim on PS3 and getting it during the sale. I didn't think I was anywhere near that much <_>
Got 50% valve and 50% left 4 dead 2 if anyone need also my coals vanish not sure if that suposed to happen
Fuck, how did I spend so much money buying $2 games?!
Did you buy anything that cost over 5 dollars?
My personal rules for this sale were: If I'm adding to my backlog, it can't cost more than five bucks and I have to want to play it within the next month. Wound up with very few games bought indeed. Otherwise I would have pounced on shit I wouldn't have gotten around to for months, like Serious Sam 3 BFE and Shogun 2.
I had a similar mindset, I wound up buying like 10 games and beating most of them during/shortly after the sale. Still got Heroes 5 and Mass Effect 1/2 though. :D
