Yes, this is a good idea
No, this idea would not work at all
This would work to an extent
King fix: 20 mins till it spawns PVP is opened in the zone, No raises allowed, Last LS standing gets the king.
I could see the Chat Logs now
Spoiler: show
the only reason I like this idea is because if all HNMs stun when they pop everyone will then be targeted by the mob. If this were the case make it where the stun last 4 seconds on every single person regardless of resist stun gear etc. That way after 4 seconds everyone will be spamming their macro on the mob. When everyone unstuns everyone(not everyone but not one sole person will claim before everyone else) will claim at the same time and it will remain yellow. Now it comes down to who can get off the 2nd spell first.
For those who may not understand what I'm talking about. The likely hood that 2 players claim a mob at the same time are very low. However it that does happen the mob stays yellow until a 2nd action is performed on it. This seems to happen a lot when KA rages on some people and you have everyone around spamming JA on it. It's more fun this way in my opinion.
I forget exactly how it's worded but if a mob has hate on someone else and you try to claim it it will stay yellow until after your 2nd action upon it. Something like that.
Wouldn't it be better to have stun last a random duration between 4-10 seconds or so? That way people can't just adjust their bots for when stun wears at the same time and claim would be luck based.
Wouldn't it be better to not waste your time perfecting a system that won't go into place?
Convince everybody to stop killing the HNMs so SE thinks they're less liked, they'll get changed to BCNM or pop item, and then everyone will be happy.
1. Just make a fence around Valley of Sorrows which opens every 21-24H, then everyone rushes in with flee and claims HNMs woo.
Or
2. SE should make a machine near HNM camps that registers all HNM shells in area, then it rolls who gets claim.
One can dream.
Anyway, thanks for not letting that D.Ring thing drag on. I just get competitive w/ PLD more than I should.
Anyway, does around 3 claims a week sound average to a HNMLS? Just trying to hammer out the details of that system I've been talking about which I might post in here later.
That has nothing to do with you claiming that if you leave something alone it'll get changed.
Because if no one is touching kings at all, you know what SE's gonna do?
"Well at least they aren't complaining about botting"
It just makes you sound like your mother held you underwater and said "Let's just leave him there, everything will get better"
GG
She did. Way to bring that back up, bitch.
