Maury is smart in not telling anyone how it works. If it can read how long the HNM shield is up then yeah, you're fucked. Go do ZNMs or move server untill another LS buys this bot.

PS: i recall a person making Nothx.exe, it was FFXIapp but cracked so you didnt have to pay. iifuzz found out and eventually screwed them all over by doing something to it, so alot got banned. Prolly happen to you imo

Everything but Ridill and D. Ring is obtainable elsewhere or something better is available elsewhere. And all of the alternatives are about a thousand times more enjoyable and don't require bots.

You can do Odin every two weeks. Do you claim Nidhogg every two weeks? I think the answer to that question is what leads people to get bots in the first place.

Because its a vicious cycle where people get off on claiming the dragon/behemoth/turtle that everyone else wants? It comes right down to habit and people love nothing more than being better than someone else.

People always want the path of least resistance and while Einherjar is a current supplement for kings (on paper it is, in practice it isnt) FFXI lacks real "PvP" so the playerbase has used kings to fill the PvP void.

Kings and Meriting is pretty much the pathetic excuse for PvP that this game provides and few other events provide the trash-talk/bitching that these two events do.

You can do 2 Odins every two weeks >_>; Farm pop items with 36 people. But then go into 2 Squads of 18 for Odin fight. So that is 1 Odin a week. Some times 1 Nidhogg does not pop a week.


Odin > Nidhogg

Plus you can do it when the time suits you.

i estimate only 10% of each server participate in end game, and even small percentage does Kings. I often see the complaining of kings to be people that have never set foot in Dragon Aery. They hate sitting there for XX hours and blah blah. Most people who do kings on a regular basis know you go afk when it's not 2min before a window. I personally love Kings because it gives me 27min to do something else. Watch a movie, fill out my taxes, file a report for work, homework (when i was still in school). I also love Odin because it's every 2 weeks.

Someone posted a quote from IIfuzz a while back and he even said networking FFXIAPP is more effective then packet botting (NASA). FFXIAPP is bad, but to RMT for a $3000 bot is even worse. You're feeding the RMT business and using a bot.

Why not do both and increase your chances? Stopping Kings is fucking dumb when you can only do Odin every 2 weeks as opposed to every day with Kings.

thats ok for the 1st 60mil gil they get. what about the other fucking 500mil they get every few months? some LS that own servers HNM sell stuff so much that to pay 2500 is not that bad if you think about it

its not that they need to RMT to get the bot they need to RMT for about 3 days then they just do it because they like it.

is there no way to track this sorta stuff from our PC? i mean all info is not just from their comp to SE most the info is shared right? cant some of you windower people find out how to pick out who has the bot so we just know when to stay the fuck away and not waste our time in areas?

FFXI is all about luck and chance. There is a chance to get Ridill or E:body in the Aery then go to Einherjar and get E:body + E:body + other stuff

Then go to KB and get D.ring and x2 M:legs (lol)

Then go to Aspid and get an A:body + A:body

Then go to Odin again... c wut i'm doin?

HNMls do this because they have a CHANCE to get these drops all in a short amount of time... this will make a better/more productive LS. Even if it is not likley that all these will drop/get claim

I kind of believe this but if it were true I think the incentive to bot would be less than it is now.
