Updating CC info in POL

I inherited an acct from a linkshellmate who quit and am trying to update the CC info.

However, I can't get into the member section. When I try to go to it, it asks for POL ID/pass and I keep getting an error that states the password is incorrect. I've triple checked by logging in, and the password is definitely correct.

Also, this is the first time that I've ever had to input POL ID/pass to get to the member section.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Also, the person who gave me the acct is EU, but assures me that he used NA POL if that means anything.

Eh, try and download EU POL, really sounds like that's the problem. Can get it on POL's site.

Kinda has to be it..

Oh and you had to put ID/password before I think, you just checked the 'Save my info' box, so it didn't ask again.

I got the same problem, just the opposite:
I couldn't change the CC info of a US char on my EU client.

My guess is that I need to DL an US client for the change, but have been too lazy to try that already.

Correct. You need an EU POL to log into an EU membership section on POL. Same for US account = US POL. It's np to have both versions installed on your PC.
