Well I did the math on like the first page I think? It would take 500k characters buying 10 marbles each and having only 50 winners for 100m for all 50 first place winners. I didn't think ff died so much that there aren't 500k characters across all servers (including mules etc).
Anyways last years' winning stats:

going off just the winning people, and no duplicates (10 marbles a person) or losing people, those numbers add up to just over 9 billion gil at 1 marble per winner above, its pretty safe to say you'll be getting over 100m as first place if you consider 10 marbles per person, and alot of unlisted losers.

Do the BCs have a minimum level requirement?

If not I'll probably take those for rank 5 prizes on mules since statues won't do anything once I delete them.
