Either way, it's a good chance for players who can't make a lot of gil, to make gil. Sure it may not benefit those already loaded or only care for relics/mythics, but a lot of gil can go a long way towards others things.

Oh, I agree, and I'm certainly not swimming in gil myself. I just mean more that it'd be a more interesting choice to pick between items only. Plus, of course, you remove the debate of "what if RMT win it" because even if they did, they'd only wind up with a very valuable EX item.

Are some of AV/PW items sellable? I never paid much attention to that since its mostly people Q_Q about not being able to kill it or 'it's too hard' etc.

If so, wouldn't that mean people could make a lot more than 100m if they so chose granted they won the items?

All AV items are Rare I believe so are tradeable.

PW items the Hachiryu Body drop is marked as Rare so that's sellable too.

Shenlong's Baghnakhs aren't, rare/ex

If it's going by demand, there's been a sharp increase in demand for a joytoy due to DNC and so on wanting one.

1. Looks like it's 45 days of activity instead of level 5 this year, glad I still have 26 level 5 mules from last year.

2. I hope those statues are tradable. I'm bound to get a bunch of them. I think I have like 9-10 Memoirs on mules that are too low to use them, and I can't trade them to anyone.

I wonder what would happen if you have a deactivated mule on one of the closed worlds that you reactivate for this... would you be allowed to reactivate it on the same world or would you need to move?

Submitted these questions through the POL site so we can hopefully clear up some details. I'll post the response if I receive one.

I have some questions regarding the participation requirements for this year's Mog Bonanza event.

First, the rules state that a character must be active for at least 45 days in order to purchase marbles. Does this mean that any character that wishes to participate must have a content ID activated prior to March 31 to participate? Or could a character activated on April 2, for example, participate after May 17, 45 days after it was activated yet still in the purchase period?

Second, does this 45 day activity requirement take the place of last year's level 5 character requirement? Or is it in addition to the level requirement?

I wonder if they'll tell you how much the gil prize is before you choose it. Would be kinda lame to not know, end up only getting 50 mil or something instead of the 100+ people would expect, might make some of the other items more desireable depending how much the gil ends up being.

Conditions of Purchase: Only characters for whom 45 days or more has passed since creation can purchase bonanza marbles.

They learned their lesson. There was no mention of level requirement, just how long the account has been active, which is a cutoff of April 17 if I'm not mistaken if you rack up on the last day, which is kinda stupid since theyre allowing mass mules again. Hey, anything for that extra buck!
