Something just occurred to me. If having naked pics is illegal when under 18 then in theory having sex when under 18 is too. so in theory if you got caught by the police when having sex somehow you could be charged with pedophelia.
Pedophiles are cordoned off separately from "normal" prisoners due to the fact that even murderers don't like child molesters. So in essense that means that from now one having sex under the age of 18 in theory would result in you being sent to spend a few years in jail as a "child" surrounded by a bunch of child molesters. And the best part is we know our government is fucked up enough to do it.

The biggest problem with children having sex with children and getting charged with a crime is that there is no criminal intent. In the real world, you can't be charged with a crime without an intent to commit a crime. If you're minding your own business, driving safely, and following all the traffic laws and run someone over with your car, they can't charge you with murder because you never intended to kill anyone.

Kids are not the brightest bunch on the block and make bad choices, but I really really really can't see how any of them could be found to have a criminal intent for making those bad choices.

That does make a sort of weird sense until we remember the thread topic. It just goes to show how easily people can twist things(in this case the law) to suit whatever view they feel suits the actions they wish to take.

Yes, even if you are both minors, your parents can file it for you. Some states even have limitations/stipulations regarding the age difference between the two parties.

Basically, under a certain age, you can't have sex. With anyone. Because legally, you were not capable of giving consent.

Ain't America great? Honestly can't speak for other countries because I never looked too hard into their laws, but I've had friends who were victims of sexual assault and one who was a victim of date rape so I know a few things about the laws unfortunately...

Yeah i already knew about that but all the cases i've ever heard about it which were objectionable was when a person had a birthday and magically became too old to have sex with thier girl/boyfreind or when the age difference was all of a week between the magical line.
I'd never heard of it in cases where all involved minors would be considered the "victim" and "offender" at the same time and it hadnt dawned on me that such an instance might result in the prosecuted individual being sent into a jail full of sex offenders while said individual would be considered by them to be "perfectly pedolicious."
