    Most people that come here illegally pay people who are here legally to do so. These agents help them cross boarders, utilize existing laws, help with language barrier, work and boarding, and hire lawyers and in some cases university professors who help make the case for political amnesty.

    My point is that crossing the boarder has a market. You can throw as many laws as you want at it, it just means higher profits for people who make business out of it.

    Being a coyote is quite the profitable business, I believe it was 2k a person about 10 years ago(for just driving a vehicle), probably much more now.
