No screenshot there shows how much money has been donated. So at this point in time (untill proof that people are giving money for gil) that point is invalid.

i also recall them wiping to adamantoise. and i believe the cfh on tiamat was at a higher %, which RD then took and epic attempted to steal back by cure bombing. of course, this does not mean it did not happen more than once...
