About MythicFinale

MythicFinale is a newly forming Endgame Linkshell on Bismark. We began Sky events around January 2009 and have recently added Sea with the completion of CoP missions of some of our members. We eventually want to incorporate Einherjar, Salvage, and ground HNMs into our list of things to do but at this time we do not participate in those.

We originally tried to make our system as fair as possible to everyone and quickly realized that didn't work the way we wanted. We want to gear our members in the most logical way possible to advance the linkshell while rewarding the members who contribute the most. In an effort to do that we have moved to a more performance based system where high valued items such as Byakko Haidate, Kirin's Osode, etc are distributed based on contribution to the linkshell as seen by sackholders.

This may sound harsh or unfair to some, but we view it as necessary when we only have a handful of people who show up to farming for two weeks to gather the required items, but on the god kill day everyone comes out of the woodworks to lot the items. We understand real life requirements and that will not impact sackholder decisions, however, being online in an exp party instead of attending linkshell events will have an impact on the decisions and that's what we are aiming to cull out of our linkshell.

If you're looking to join an endgame linkshell where you can jump right and kill some of the hardest HNMs in the game then we're probably not the linkshell for you - yet. We're open to new players to endgame as well as veteran players. The biggest thing for us is the willingness to learn, the ability to follow instructions, and showing up on time. If you find yourself wanting to participate in endgame events then try us out. Our biggest barrier that we're trying to overcome at the moment is numbers. A few more dedicated members and we'd be well on our way to achieving our goals.

Requirements

Recruiting Open to Jobs: ALL (could especially use about 5 more good DD)

At least 1 level 75 (two preferred).

• You are expected to be have gear for and be ready to play ANY job you have at any time.

• Missions: Completed RoTZ, CoP.

• Access to all staging points.

• Majority of sub jobs, weapons and weapon skills for all jobs. /thf is a required sub job for DDs.
