getting bored of xbox360 games and was thinking of playing again seeing all these new additions. my password has not been working i have read alot of topics about what you need and stuff and was wondering if someone could tell me what you exactly need and if say i was missing something would i still get it back so if someone could say what i exactly need would be much appreciated.

Don't panic if you don't have all that info. If all you are missing is a reg code kindly ask to be transfered to a manager and ask to provide verification of your identity through a notary form.

They can be very helpful at pol if you don't come off hostile or defensive right off the bat.
