lol they laid on the melodrama a bit thick don't you think? A deaf girl with a pure heart that defends the very guy bullying her? Cmon. Seems more like a commentary piece about the bullying situation in Japan than good manga. (Group mentality, zeroing in on 1 person whenever it's convenient to cover your own ass etc etc)

That's exactly why it was good. It was a commentary piece as opposed to the usual bulk of school themed crap you see out there, the harems involving guys who apparently want nothing to do with girls but have 10 chasing after them, the big boobs, the excessively cute drawings, the "we're childhood friends who are neighbours and should be in love but aren't but will be", etc, etc. Albeit, it was just a One-Shot. Will be interesting to see the changes that happen when it turns into a serialization.

That whole chapter of One-Punch Man was awesome, and being full color was even better. I love this series, and I hope it gets an anime in a few years.

Love the manga but the pacing can be worse then even Bleach at times. Last few chapters have been excruciating. About 7~8 chapters for maybe five minutes worth of anime. The artwork is godlike too.

Did 9-arts ever come back? I tried continuing into New Waves because I loved the first part of the series but the story focusing mainly on Shioon just didn't really appeal to me.

He's not back. They're moving to an epic reunion towards the climax of this story. Read for the artwork. Marathon later on to get a good grasp of the storyline.

Last couple chapters has been nothing but amazing fights... not excruciating at all
