Nanatsu no Taizai

The "Seven Deadly Sins", a group of evil knights who conspired to overthrow the kingdom of Britannia, were said to have been eradicated by the Holy Knights, although some claim that they still live. Ten years later, the Holy Knights have staged a Coup d'état and assassinated the king, becoming the new, tyrannical rulers of the kingdom. Elizabeth, the king's daughter, sets out on a journey to find the "Seven Deadly Sins", and to enlist their help in taking back the kingdom.

The characters start out already insanely strong so it is a nice change from starting out weak. There is some greater story behind this but we don't know much yet.

For reference by strong I mean the main character took out a whole kingdom solo in his anger.

Just read this from start to being caught up with this weeks.

Really enjoying it to be honest, some of the most over powered characters in any story ive ever read. Digging the story line also.

Railgun Chapter 69(Raw)

Weird. I didn't think this chapter would finally reveal the dragon in Touma's right hand to be real and he can grow his arm back(same as WW3 arc) if it gets cut. usually this stuff are revealed in main series and not a manga spin off lol.

Anyhow a lot of great moments:

-The Dragon coming back.
-Gunha being a badass.
-Touma right hand blowing off.
-Touma covering Misaka with his jacket.

Railgun manga has been quite awesome, hopefully the next season of the anime gets to this current arc. Touma is actually tolerable in it since Index usually isn't around. She is just terrible and made it really difficult to get into this series lol.

Honestly I'd rather see three seasons of index in a row before seeing another season of railgun. You have no idea how good the material is for the next few potential seasons of index. The world war three arc alone is a glorious 3 volumes.

Railgun does seem to be quite a bit of filler in the anime lol. I don't really have any problems with the Index anime, just Index the character. So annoying in the anime.

there is suppose to an announcement on April 10th. I am not going to hold my breath for Index S3 since we already had Railgun S2+Index Movie last year and staff said they want to take break from series(Also rumors going around that Heavy Object is getting an anime).

I'm looking for more Manga recommendations.

I've read the following over the last few months:
Naruto, Dragon Ball, Flame of Recca, Ranma 1/2, One Punch Man, Love Hina and Fairy Tail

I'm looking for something lighthearted that may or may not have a love interest in the story line. Something complete would be nice, but it's not a deal breaker. I also don't care of it's right to left or left to right text.

I've mainly been using MangaReader.net. Is there a better site or do they all pretty much pull from the same databases of Manga?


Tower of God was recommended. I haven't started that yet, but it's on the list. I'm not sure if it's something I'm in the mood to read at the moment.
