Yeah, pretty much. He doesn't realize it himself but that's pretty much it. I think the scientist at the very beginning said as much when he originally took out the House of Evol

I'm the QC/Sometimes Typesetter. I also have started working with Reading Steiner on the Steins;Gate side manga Pandora of Eternal Return/Recurrence.

But yeah, I've been rooting for this to happen for a long time. Honestly, I thought Monster Musume would get an anime first, but I'm not gonna complain. Hopefully now it will get an official translation so I can own it.
