Also noticed The Breaker a couple nights ago, read through it in one setting, quite enjoying it.

I read Kenichi, have ever since I saw the anime. Hoping they do a S2 at some point, but S1 kinda did it right in that there was a good "end" point for it, it's basically the rest of the series from S1 end to the next suitable "end". It's a plenty enjoyable story that's a more lighthearted/comedic Naruto/Bleach with martial arts instead of ninja/swordplay.

If you are into martial arts type i would recommend Veritas.

Yeah awesome series. I can say that Korean manhwa is stepping up.


reminds me of another manhwa, Zippy Ziggy.The artist has a really unique style that makes his story really funny and engaging.

Love The Breaker, on of my favorites that I'm reading right now.

Kenichi's last 10 or so ch have been boring to me... hopefully the story picks up again soon (seems like it will after last ch). Really enjoy reading when he fights his way up.

Edit: Just read the first couple of chapters of The Breaker, and it reminds me a lot of GTO. Gonna keep reading, really enjoying it so far.

Love The Breaker, on of my favorites that I'm reading right now.

Same, been following it for a long time; really enjoying it so far. I wish it would update a little faster though (that and Veritas). I can't stand the long wait between chapters, monthly mangas are just as frustrating. I really can't wait till the next Until Death Do Us Part.

There's only so many ups and downs you can allow your characters to go through. And considering the ultimatum laid down about this deadline here it'd be a bit farfetched for them to keep putting up with stuff. The only way I can see things working if they don't get serialized here is if they do a full blown rebellion and start their own magazine or something and bring along Miura/Hattori and their mangaka clan. Otherwise they'd have to drop too much of the cast.

I could see them leaving jump and writing for another magazine, but I doubt it would happen. I'm wondering what will happen when they do get serialized, I can't see PCC being the story to get them their anime (if it did it would close out the main plot of the manga almost too quickly) and if it fails they're basically SOL at Jump.

Rofl. Yeah.. that *would* be awesome. Big reveal at the end is Bakuman turns into what that manga is while in a competing jump magazine.

Either way, I can't wait to see if this is given the green light, and then checking the rankings.
