While it is fucked up, it's also a fact that to love ru ranks in the bottom 5 almost regularly during the last few months it was running.

Though bakuman did have a good explanation on that, how most people probably wouldnt vote that was their favorite due to the ecchi content, and that the tankoubon sales popularity put it on the running still.

But I still think it's crap, if I wanted to see tits and ass, there are 30something gig of doujin every comiket that I can go through

Not really sure how this will play out. Maybe Mashiro will want to draw another manga while Takagi does the story for their assistant? I'm guessing Azuki will be in the next chapter, either her finding out about the anime or Takagi situation.

In other news, Beezlebub is getting an anime is January. Don't know how many people read it here, but it's one of the few manga that actually make me lol. I'll be giving the anime a chance for sure.

I view Beezlebub more as a comedy than battle manga. There's a fight every few chapters, but theres always humor in the chapters. If its done right, the anime should be pretty amusing.

Man can't wait for the second part. A lot of unanswered questions and a lot of questionable decisions. Why would Gangryong release the seal placed on Yuri Lightning Tiger gave an arm for? With Yuri awakened the elders have no real reason to follow Vera also. Rud's suicidal decision was stupid too, if Honse was able to take on Vera all along why fear what she can do/say all of a sudden? I really shouldn't allow myself to be annoyed by glaring plot-holes or unexplained story bits but the art is awesome and keeps me reading so I can't help it.

From what I've heard Veritas isn't really super popular in Korea. It's not a matter of "when" we will see part 2 it's "if" we even will. I think the author had different ideas he wanted to let play out but was forced to cram them all in at the end to wrap stuff up which could be why the ending seems pretty strange.

I'm sure if I was more familiar with the other artist's works, I'd be able to point them out just as easily. I know I can for Naruto. and the other characters all have the same style from the author's more popular works. It's just that the "dbz style" is pretty unique, and we've had the most exposure to it.

But yes, without hair, almost all his characters have always looked exactly the same. Though at least it's not like Gundam SEED, where almost every character literally has the same face and are only recognizable by their hair.
