Introduction
AV is now recruiting on Asura. We are looking for qualified, dedicated members. We have been functioning in endgame for about a year, as VIPelite. Due to the LM-17 bannings, we were forced to remake as AbsoluteVirtue. The LS has been under new leadership since our old lead has quit. Our scheduele of events include: Sea, Sky, Einherjar, Limbus, SCNM, and Salvage. Comming to all the events with the exception of salvage is 100% mandatory by all the members of the shell. If you are not online, it is understandable, but if you are online you are expected to attend.

Qualifications
-At least 1 75 job. 2-3 Recomended. People who have multiple jobs who can fit multiple roles are greatly welcomed.
-Some merits, and knowledge of gear for your job.
-COP/ZM completed.
-Must attend 90%+ events.
-1 Einherjar Job

What is the point of having to keep pearl on at all times and having no other ls' if you don't camp HNMs? As long as they know the schedule to the events that you do and show up on time, don't see why they have to have their pearl on 100% of the time.

Yes, but he is trying to come back as another character. If he does, he will have no rule over the shell.

Einhejar Jobs:
SAM, DRK(Zerg), WAR, DRG(Maybe), RDM, WHM, PLD, BRD, BLM, SCH(Nuke or Heal), MNK

Not einherjar jobs:
THF, BST, RNG, NIN, SMN, BLU, COR, DNC, PUP

Odin Jobs:
SMN, RNG, WAR, SAM, PLD, WHM, RDM, BRD

The jobs do have exceptions though.A very nicely equiped BLU comes to our runs, but overall, the average player playing the jobs we don't allow will not have ZOMGWTF kind of gear.

We don't have more then 2 PLD. 1 Main assist, the other main puller. A lot of COR I know don't even have Wyrmal Hands. You may say then I don't know any good COR, and you would be right. I rarely see a good COR beyond full AF.

Corsair isn't an Ein job if you treat it like a RNG, but that's about the only situation where I could even remotely see someone saying that it "Isn't an Ein job".
