I am so happy with how it ended. Can't wait for the next season. Part of me expected shaw to break the Governor before he would ever hand it over but thankfully he didn't. Let's also hope that shit is indestructible. One accidental dive into a pool and Chuck's boned lol

Honestly, the finale went exactly how I wanted. Granted I didn't want Papa Bartowski to die (if he really is dead, which I think he is), but Elle now knows the big secret, Chuck still has to move on as a spy to carry out his dad's wishes, he's still with Sarah without any superangst between them (other than Chuck almost dying >.>) and the Awesome/Casey/Morgan team is ftw. I can't wait for season 4. x.x

I didn't quite get the Chuck seeing his dad's intersect when he was a kid part. Looking past the part that he didn't remember it (I mean I know you forget stuff from when you were a kid but that seems like a pretty big thing to forget) did remembering that make the intersect work better or did it work as a governor inside his head or something else? He kicked Shaw's ass and it stopped his head problems right after it. Any theories?

I wonder if Chuck will hide it from Ellie in season 4 or if he will get her okay since it's their mother. I could see it going either way but imagine he will try to hide it.

Well Chuck still took the Governor from Shaw's unconscious body so it looks like he still needs it.

I'm also a bit confused by that memory because it seems like he already had a intersect in him the entire time which you have to wonder why he didn't flash before.

But from the whole revitalized chuck beating the crap out of Shaw, I'm guessing he realized his brain is able to process more information than other people, including Shaw, and was able to hold off the degenerative effects of the intersect for that fight.

Great finale, although, I was hoping the original intersect would give him some type of crazy update lol. Maybe it'll play a bigger role later on or something.

Anyways, about Chuck's mom; Chuck's dad said he did all that stuff 'for' her, so the first thing that came to me was that she's in something that she doesn't want to be in (CIA/bad guys/whatever using her.)

don't know the date, but I do know they said it is NOT a midseason show, so september or october I would imagine

also regarding the childhood thing, my guess is that since he was still developing, it affected the growth.architecture of his brain in a way that made him more resilient/capable for that sort of information usage, but idk, they didn't explain it all that well

Man, I was thoroughly amazed. Probably my favorite 2 episodes of Chuck. Caught me off guard since the last few episodes have been kind of meh.

About the childhood flashback, keep in mind that must have been some 20 years ago. His dad was probably still in the initial testing stage of the most basic concept of an intersect. I can't imagine what was "downloaded" was anything particularly significant.
