Had a 102-103 degree fever starting last Sunday that lasted until Thursday night. Had a very bad strain of viral bronchitis. Though sitting in the ER for three hours waiting to be seen did provide me with ammunition for a new story.

I went because I couldn't breathe. At all. They didn't know when they could see me so I left and drove to another place that got me right in and gave me a breathing treatment and sent me on my merry way. They were talking about putting me in one of those ice baths since my fever had been there for four days. I'm happy they decided against it.
