There's so much that's wrong about that set-up that I'm just gonna shrug it off and go "meh, campaign, who cares" rather than get my panties in a twist over it.

Given that he is just using Kaiten (i.e. not even wearing ammo for pulling), Shigeto would be a downgrade. Both are pretty dumb given all the better options, but considering his other misplaced gear, I think its safe to say he either doesn't care or just ran out to do some campaign crap in between other jobs and didnt have his full SAM set.

Also, wtf at that Galka's spinel ring... do want >_<
