It makes sense, though, considering Crimson/Blood Cuisses are the most powerful abjuration item in the game and Kirin is still a pain in the ass to organise even nowadays. I don't see how 25M is that astounding at all considering people pay upwards of 40M for Nidhogg bodies.

Considering you can buy a full Kirin set for less than a million, throw together a TP-burn in Whitegate within twenty minutes offering N.Body and D.Body as freelot items, get your W.Legs, and in all likelihood end up profiting off an Osode/Shining Cloth.. Yeah, I'd say its pretty astounding.

I've done 3 for lulz and it always ended up with 3 hours of retarded gather togethering and 30 seconds of Kirin bending us all over. ( I went TH4 so I couldn't fuck shit up).
