If I hadn't already had Totsukanotsurugi before they released any info on the mythic weapons (which I think may put me in position as the longest-active stage 4 holder not yet finished...) I likely would have done Death Penalty instead as well. As it is, I'm going to have to settle for just being a competent corsair...which in and of itself is pretty god damn rare.
