But looking at that screenshot, it isn't an aftermath set, its a normal TP set... so your point stands.

It's an idle set

Saying "I'm sure he knows what he's doing" is not going to reassure anyone here. We've seen some seriously fucked up relics in these parts and we don't assume that anyone knows how to gear themselves.

I've known the guy for a long time, trust me he knows what he's doing, and if he didn't he's not the type that would be too proud to ask someone or post questions on BG etc.

How can you have an apoc and not have toreadors <_<; or dusk gloves+....shit just doesnt make sense to me lol. Why spend so much money on apoc and then neglect the important things(i mean toreadors in this case cause fuck dusk gloves+1 synth ; ; ). If you can get an apoc/amano/any sort of melee relic, im expecting you to have gear you would use on other jobs.

I can never understand your posts for the most part. But, with the first part of your post, it's quite simple. Apoc > dusk gloves in terms of sheer usefulness. So, I agree with the dude to get Apoc first. Maybe he'll work on Dusk gloves +1 or may not. You can't presume to know what he'll do unless he comes to BG and makes a post. Otherwise, start with creating coherent sentences again.

Let it be known all relic and mythic holders and (accompanying gear) has a one shot chance to impress or disgust BG. After that, that's it, no argument will save your friend's character, even if he has the best gear ever. That's just how it is on this side of the Internets.

I can agree with this to a point but if you can't do cerb +1 get a foragers, it's 800k cheaper and better. Iota ring is never acceptable, ever. Use the 800k to get a blitz. Aurum = no for DRK, no, just no.

I'm not a DRK at all, but isn't Rath's set capped on equip haste already with Cata aftermath? Or are you saying he should be wearing Blitz and then removing haste somewhere else? I agree about foragers vs cerb NQ, of course, but if he's already using it as an enmity piece on PLD which he plays a lot then it may just be saving space (though I also am not a PLD at all).
