Sword Strap + Aurum to maintain 6-hit, Parade Gorget is likely idle, assuming that's a Swift Belt he's just over gear Haste cap with Aftermath up. Provided he makes the proper swaps when that set doesn't cap his accuracy he's doing it right and you're trying too hard.

Could not agree more. Discussion and debate is cool, but posts like Inga's are just worthless. And hopefully such a rule would make people *think* a bit more before running around going "omg omg omg omg omg" like Chicken Little.
