Is everyone intentionally neglecting the wyvern also gaining 45% DA alongside the DRG? That's going to heavily skew things towards Ryunohige.

Not forgotten, again it is situational where you can keep AM3 up. Basically we are comparing Lv1 AM vs Gungnir seeing as how Lv1 AM gives 10acc vs Gungnir's static +20 acc. If you are able to keep up AM3, the total damage between DRG and Wyvern will defiantly out damage Gungnir.

but why would you do that? It's not like it's that hard for a DRG/SAM to build up to 300 TP. Moreover, with High Jump and Super Jump even at bird camp you're not likely to lose your TP while building to the initial 300.

Once AM3 is you can throw that out the window though as you're officially public enemy #1 >_>

Actually Relic polearm has standard lance delay unlike rest of relic having lowering delay, so same there. Also I am 99% it can't proc on jumps since I can push 800+ on lucky jumps currently, no relic, and when I asked to see high ones from relics not one of them could do that much more, if it could proc on jumps doing 1k on G. Colibiri should be easy when it does proc, and I've never seen SS of relic drg doing that much w/jumps. And Also Ryunohige should get better as you fight tougher mobs comparatively since force crit would buff jump more on something like JoL than merit mobs.


the "super" crit jumps I've seen from relic drg haven't been impressive really see what I said above and every jump being crit it should atleast 350~500 or so dmg every time in merits.

Those 800 numbers your talking about are on Double attack Crit with corsair/brd giving you atk buff on birds. Either that or using homam body for the 1% triple attack proccess on a jump and a normal merit pt setup involving one brd or cor.

My drg has pretty much everything a drg could possibly need with the exception of the elusive Ares panties and I cant break 800~ any other way except how I described above.

Regardless I am almost done with Relic Stage 4 and I would be extremely interested for a ryunohige user to come and parse with me so we can end this debate for jump crit vs relic 2.5x occasional dmg mod. If your on phoenix feel free to msg me and we can take it from there.

Right, but you want to be in a situation where you can constantly refresh AM3 with little downtime in between. Birds just aren't a good idea because you will more than likely end up losing all that TP you worked hard for.

It's not the end all gauge, however, Birds give you very consistent samples (Only two levels of mobs 81 and 82 respectively) and also there is the fact that we know their stats such as their job, vit, evasion and defense.

Such a neat looking weapon that completely breaks the TP gain rate of that job along with capped merits. Jesus.

Not to mention that's a pretty well-equipped DNC.

~45% Double Attack rate from Aftermath-III
Decaying high Double Attack rate from Saber Dance (refreshed every 3 minutes)
-20% TP from two Steps = +75% TP (every 30+ seconds)
1 No Foot Rise = +75% TP (available every 3 minutes)
Perhaps off-hand sword-merited Joyeuse?

I feel like a Mythic DNC could be a pretty damn good pure-DD with this amount of TP gain in a piercing-friendly exp pt. 3-moves per step is so nice. If only it allowed Finishing moves to cap at 6 instead. Then it would be ultimate.

Holy crap that would give a DNC/WAR 105% DA for the 1st minute lmao (10% Trait + 50% SD [you lose 10% every minute thereafter IIRC?] + 45% AM3). Good times =3

We already know that it adds an extra finishing move to steps, but how much accuracy does it grant? Need more info on Nirvana >.< (Such as I stated before with AM3 up on the 70 pacts, and 300 TP level 75 pacts with that nice fat MAB +20)

Also, someone finish a damned Death Penalty already so we can find out the QD mod.
