Go look up the price history of both breeze & nimble rings on Sylph then get back to me. They don't sell often sadly. Plan was to toss some emerald's at the turtle in VoS in hopes of some MAB augments. And also thats a Volant Belt before someone asks, not a big fan of the -40HP from scouters rope.
