I mainly go for ATT in a Kaiten set, i`ll try the Alkys also dont worry. But fuck now im gonna have to wear a Turban any suggestions for a TP ring instead of Snipers+1?

I think Alky's would comfortably win. I don't see 13 Attack beating 11STR on a 60% STR WS anytime soon!

The fact that Kaiten doesn't get a pdif boost doesn't mean that Attack eclipses all other stats for it, just that unlike Gekko the Attack is not ~negligible (on most targets).

This x1000, I've seen too many hurr durr attax WS builds. Relic WSs have unique builds because compared to 1-hit weaponskills you cannot sacrifice attack and compared to multihits you can dump all ACC out. Just mix/match WSC mods and attack, do some maths. A double attack is fine too.

Not that there's ever really any reason for a GKT SAM not to wear Walahra Turban, but a Kaiten-friendly situation is more likely to cause you to wear Ace's than a Gekko-friendly one is.

I used Bando's during dynamis when I had Totsu. They were alright, but after I camped Alky's I stuck to those. I was going to say you might use them in a situation where you aren't getting att buffs for Kaiten vs High def mobs, but in those cases you'll probably want to use Gekko anyway.

As for ring.. Uthalam's is good, I use the Iota ring sometimes, comes out to be 5.25 acc I think and 3 DEX.

I'm not sure I'm reading this right, or I'm missing something. Why would a kaiten friendly situation cause you to wear an Ace's? I would have figured that would be a situation moreso for W.turban.

Food choices. Gekko-SAM can use sushi pretty much no matter what. Kaiten-SAM who's trying to get the most out of Kaiten is going to want to try and use attack food as often as possible without being an overall deterrent.

Oh, hm. I never really thought of it that way. I haven't used sushi on SAM in a long time. Then again I don't do HNM anymore so I seldom find myself with a need for it.
