276 + merits + Faith Torque = 299

floor(299*0.11)+3=35
floor(302*0.11)+3=36

?

Would only be worth it on trash mobs where you're fSTR capped though.

The reason I mentioned solid proof is because that particular equation has changed over time and I really doubt anyone has taken much time to examine it closely. The use of .11 as its multiplier strikes me as rather odd and leaves me thinking that it might be one of those obnoxious hexadecimal values that could result in 302 still only giving 35 base damage.

Of course, no solid proof can be provided because you can't get over 302 Hand-to-Hand skill at present, hence the use of the hypothetical.
