Nah, he sold quiet a bit of his high end gear (Speed Belt, Kraken Club, ect.) and started funding it, the Linkshell picks up the last stage as long as you bring the relic to stage 4

Neither of the items you listed have anything to do with the reason his gear is absolutely horrid.

Yeah, I'm aware of that, simply stating that he didn't fully fund the relic, surprised that he doesn't have /SAM yet.

Hopefully in the upcoming months he gets some better gear.

I cannot imagine why someone would work towards a relic for a job they don't even have to 75. Only 2 weeks ago he gained the *option* to start putting merits into RNG, and now he has Yoichi. My brain hurts.

I really really hope he ends up discovering he doesn't even like playing the job that much.
