You do not upgrade Mandau if you are just a TH whore. You should actually spend time on your gear if you're getting a relic/mythic. Read up, do research while upgrading so you can perform at your greatest.

Actually a friend of him quit who was already planning on building a Yoichi when he did play and already started collecting coins for it. Jmr just picked it up from there. No idea if he had a kraken, the speed belt he had was a loaner from another guy which he gave back when that guy started playing again.

As for SAM, thought you meant main, not sub. No idea if he got it as sub actually.

I cannot imagine why someone would work towards a relic for a job they don't even have to 75. Only 2 weeks ago he gained the *option* to start putting merits into RNG, and now he has Yoichi. My brain hurts.

I really really hope he ends up discovering he doesn't even like playing the job that much.

Because making a relic when your job is already 75 isn't the cool thing to do nowadays =D
He likes the job, has some other gear that isn't in that ss that would probably be deemed "better" other than that he just wants some salv pieces and some other rare/ex.
