Well I Just had a baby 5 months ago,http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a92...384_584331.jpg I'm 4/5 on Marduk and 3/3 on Marduk body Horn was more important to me then body since i haven't been able to farm since my 8th month of pregnancy. I just bought a house 3 months ago and we're busy fixing it up I have more things to do in real life at the moment then farm for ingots(I've had my money for Gjallarhorn saved up for months about 8 or 9 actually) but I do want my Marduk body some day. Feel free to farm for my ingots if you like if not then I'll get them in my own time =P I'm just happy that I finally finished and wanted to thank those who helped me with moral support and kept me farming and yes- it was just a nice outfit for the pic.

What are we arguing about? I didn't say anything that wasn't true. At least so I thought. First of all, I didn't even see that picture of the brd prior to posting, I started posting after the pic of the Amano.

So are we arguing that an Amano with no usukane is not that groundbreaking? I was under the impression that to make Amano worth the cost and effort, as ooposed to a hagun sam with the same or better gear, you need absolute gears. Usukane(feet/body) etc. And Aces helm Really? With Amano? Not trying to be a bitch but I dont think im saying anything thats farfetched.

As for brd, I didn't see that picture before I posted but I standby my statements. Gjallarhorn is one of those relics that can be useful even in the hands of someone whos other gear sets are more casual as opposed to the rare and harder pieces to obtain. However, as someone who has a gjallarhorn and marduk legs/head,(not to mention shadow coat for debuffs, minstrels coat for m.teirs and sheikh or shiar for merits) I think it's a bit ridiculous some brds obtain horn before even bothering with such things.

In fact, I've seen quite a few brds who obtain horn before even bothering with salvage. That to me is lazy. Now, is gimp maybe the wrong word? seeing as how their gear really isnt gimp. Yeah, maybe.. I'm sorry but, if you have the time and effort for a freakin relic, you have the time and effort to do salvage... Among other things..That is my opinion.

I knew one brd that didn't even bother capping sing/wind after getting her horn.

I've personally partied with and killed HNMs (DI for example) in alliance with an amano sam with good gear against a flawlessly geared hagun sam (RIP seedz). And yeah, if i recall the difference wasn't much. Now maybe thats the sams fault.

In any case, I did in fact state in my previous post that ghorn with no marduk is still ghorn and useful. Now prior to new gear and updates, I am almost pretty sure you needed to actually try to get some of the better or best gear to make an amano that much more than a hagun. If I'm wrong, np but thats was my understanding.

You are truly a retard. If you believe the difference between my old gimp(mind the word gimp) Amano SAM and other Haguns wasn't big(even when I used a 7-hit), you need some help. You may think it wasn't because I always, always used /nin and died about once every 5th fight, whereas others died multiple times a fight cause of not being able to run for whatever reason or not listening to sub job decisions. Again, you could quote what was said before for this:

If you need vericfication, you can ask PD how well others did on DI compared to me. He will confirm for you that I'm tanking half the fight with him starting at 95%, whereas others died from spear and zeus.
