Tbh..... Burtgang is better for freedom. Excal is amazing by the added effect, and that is not good on taru PLD

Yeah, burtgang is pretty decent for any class. Excal does shine more with Galkas.

You wish it was damage-10%, just physical :/. It's not bad, but the more threatening moves are usually magic damage. Thunderstorm, GoH, AgaIIIs, nast AoEs usually end up being magic damage, which kinda makes Burtgang's Phys-10% not bad, but not great. If you're going to get hit, you're going to get hit, sure the -10% is nice, it does help. But with shadows and shield blocks, it doesn't really seem like it would mitigate much damage.

Already capped with magic damage taken with just Aegis and Shell5. -10% physical is all you need.

Guy in question has d. ring too, meaning that even with just shell 3 he's over cap (and even shell 2 is really close).

Er yeah if you include aegis. One would assume if you have burtgang, you have an aegis, but you never know . *coughtekkicough*

Could be a setup they use for HNMs, and acc is never really enough for them. I personally have a 65-75% hit rate on stuff like Kirin and Dark Ixion with 430ish accuracy (amano sam), so unless you want to use lolSushi, nothing's wrong with R.acc gear.

Even my other friend who's a 75 Ranger as well, still misses on stuff like Kirin and Sky Gods regardless if she uses Squid Sushi +1 and stacks all the Ranged Accuracy gear on herself.

Even the game won't allow you to hit 100% accuracy/R.accuracy against monsters and HNMs. Rangers get an additional penalty as the R.Acc/R.Attack is measured against the level of the monster, and the distance from said monster. So, I can pretty much understand why both of my Ranger friends stack R.Accuracy when up against HNMs and Sky Gods.

As for the font, I apologize for that, the text seemed smallish and unreadable when it was placed alongside the screenshots.
