Just to add... Excal added effect does not generate Enmity, if it DID, anyone with a Burt would be a retard. Since it does not, Burt has a place.

+10 Enm on your sword is wicked, free Acc for 100% Atonements, or 300% opener which generates more hate by raising the damage > lots of DA spam ftw, and the other stuff is just gravy.

Badass as fuckin hell for /Rdm with an Aegis.

I'd love a Burt, especially as a taru, hitting +60 Enm sounds sexy as hell.

+100 is the cap, -50 is the other cap. Sentinel puts you at +100.

180 CE x 1.50 = 270, 180 CE x 1.60 = 288, going from +50 Enm to +60 Enm isn't zomgwtfamazing, but when you're whoring enough to hit +50, being able to slap on another 10 is badass. :D

Could be a setup they use for HNMs, and acc is never really enough for them. I personally have a 65-75% hit rate on stuff like Kirin and Dark Ixion with 430ish accuracy (amano sam), so unless you want to use lolSushi, nothing's wrong with R.acc gear.

Actually, the level difference has less of a detrimental effect on ranged attacks than melee attacks in terms of raw reduction of RATIO.

Could also be that all they do is HNM, and at those events they are RNG 100% of the time and created a set specifically for that. If that is not the case then I don't know.
