So how exactly you figured out that 1.9-2.15 is lower then 1?

When I forget that the DEX/AGI is added to the fTP, not multiplied as the WSC/fSTR is.

I don't know how to math it out, but isn't having a 60% STR mod for Mercy Stroke beneficial to gear for STR?

Yea it would need to have a much lower WSC and/or fTP for DEX/AGI to be better.

There is also TA/DA and dual wield which will pull STR even further ahead.

Most of them quit. Richards, Nsxtasy (Imola now), Ghettoru, Shadowism, and Porouro still play on Quetz. I hear Mskitty has logged in here and there lately. No one else left with me to Phoenix except I took Hironobu with me as my mule since he quit and gave me his account.

On a side note, Why Armada berk? Isn't Grim Cuirass +1 better? Not dissin your gear just Grim would seem like a more logical choice for drk imo.

To be honest, I haven't really worked on my dark knight gear since level 75, aside from some random seals and +2 items that I got from doing empyrean weapons. I'm usually always on monk but yeah, time to work on some more gear for it.
