i see about the rings but if you can get mp drain from both weapons thats pretty sweet
also if your having problems getting homam's hands or just don't want to do Omega then i'm sure Morrigan hands are 2nd/3rd choice after Enkidus mittens

I heard the MP drain was rather nice, more or less equating to ~3 MP/tic, given that your accuracy is good. It's Hofud's aspir proc that is totally lame.

Hofud just plain out sucks from what my friend says. Tizona was worked out to drain about 50-60 MP in one minutes time which works out to a free 3mp/tic refresh which isn't bad at all so long as you can hit the mob. The "refresh" rate will be dependent on your accuracy.

Does the MP convert count as an Additional Effect, or does it simply go straight to your MP bar; IE would it stack with, say, Aspir Samba?

you forgot mirage which would be better all but homam unless you want 14 att over 3 str and 5 acc.

Last time I checked, you couldn't put Mirage Shalwar on your hands. But if you find a way, by all means- Go for it.
