Does the MP convert count as an Additional Effect, or does it simply go straight to your MP bar; IE would it stack with, say, Aspir Samba?

It says "converts" not "drains" so I'd assume just straight up to your MP bar.. also meaning that the mob won't need to have MP to proc the MP convert.

I knew that the enemy didn't need to have MP, and based off the item description I would assume that it does go straight to your MP bar. However, sometimes SE words things poorly (such as Potency merits).
