Looks like a Campaign DD/Tank hybrid set. It's got Haste with bits of Accuracy and shadow gear for dmg redux, built for putting out minor damage and reducing minor damage.

I can't see anything wrong with it really, accuracy won't be an issue. He could probably swap in attack pieces but more you pull hate in campaign the harder you make it for yourself as its far too easy to reach exp cap.

Meh, different strokes. I dont like to do any given set half way. Either be in TP set, or be in a survival set. If you have hate on the mobs, put on some shield gear, you'll build TP faster and conserve more mp. Just keep seeing these "oh this is my MDB/acc/haste/shield/etc hybrid set yay!".
