What kind of bst would use ridill over temperance >.>.

And until jug pet lvl/DoT is fixed, Id rather have DA/zerk/any other offensive JA to boost damage than a weak sidekick missing alot.

Still. I used to think the Guttler and Mjollier were garbage relics until I seen them in action. I sometimes forget that BST can wear ridiculous armor because I have only merit partied with 1 BST in my entire FF11 life and maybe 3x total in exp party history.
As for the Club, I seen a whm/nin completely rocking that brown belt belt in Meripo lol and keeping his MP nearly full in the process. RDM might be a better MP manager but with the whm/nin, we were killing mobs faster and he never had to rest MP. Evokers and Corsairs roll was all we needed and noone complained as we pulled from middle, bottom, and top floors even wivres lol.
I will never make fun of that club again though thats for sure.
I will still crack on claustrum, however...

sponsored/dyna shell aegis/excals run in the market of about 40-50m, or can be done entirely free, given enough time, they are still the cheaper of the two weapon sets.

While you're right that a sponsored Aegis/Excal will be cheaper, you're not taking into account that a person may be in a situation where they cannot sponsor an Aegis/Excal, or their shells have sponsorship rules that make the upgrade more than 40-50m.

There's also the fact that someone might not want to deal with the obligation to a Dynamis LS, or just detest Dynamis altogether, but have a massive amount of gil they're sitting on from who knows when and want to upgrade something.
