Maybe I am missing something?
Ruby Ring could be augmented with Dex, I see Skadi Feet possibly just for movement speed. 13% haste, maybe some kind of hybrid acc/haste setup? I don't know...

from the looks could be a haste/acc/store tp set and i presume the off hand is a ridill so

body has acc+10 and store tp or dual wield
ruby ring could have acc or dex or even both
feet have acc on them or just for movement speed
or maybe he just likes how it all looks on him we'd have to ask to know lol

You could have a WHM with a Noble's tunic, Light Staff, Yagrush and /SCH be naked for the rest and if it's a good player it'll be a better WHM than any non-Yagrush WHM will ever be.

I have a whitebox Cleric's Briault too but you can see my other whitebox body piece when I'm curing. XD

(Aristocrat's, for all the slow people who might think I cure in Mahatma or something.)

Obviously the Briault and Gaiters are simply for running around in. No one's implying that they're casting Cures in those, it's the other stuff that looks questionable.
