3) Discernable means able to be measured and people have been able to discern the effect of +1 str for the last 6 years. Sadly, often people do not realize that it is often the accumulation of many small increments across gear, merits and food that enables people to accomplish things faster and easier.

I think upgrading your bow to a yoichi is a pretty discernible upgrade too, but let's ignore that and rage at the effect someone on another server's gear has on your gameplay experience

There are threads on this forum for people who wish to discuss gear setups or people intent on just poking fun or questioning others equipment.

Discussing the relic etc, is one thing but bashing someone for what gear they have or don't have is irrelevant.
