From my experience with JP's they won't sell anything to anyone from a different LS even if they are on good terms. Just seems to be a pride thing.

Weird lol. The jp LS I was in on Garuda wouldn't sell anything ever. Told me they'd rather have it drop to the floor than take money or even give it away. There was also a guy from thailand who was in SA that was in that shell I was in in the past before my time. He got M body/E body from them (mostly a kings LS back in the day.) and since he was rich he turned them into kaiser/armada bodies respectively. When he left for SA... he tossed them both out of respect for the LS. He obtained a second kaiser body, but I'm not sure if he ever got a second Armada berk. ><
