Before I closed the thread this is the set of post on my last page of "useless relic thread" dump bin in the mod forum. No skipping posts the might actually be worth something, and another mod can back me up on this by looking at the dump bin. I was asked to eliminate. the worthless posts, and I do just that.

That fact that you can beat the entire game with a walmart drk makes me realize that I am collecting gear just to collect it now.
The only super noticeable stuff to me is multi-hit weapons, haste gear, haste buffs and anything that speeds up your attack rounds or attacks.
Back when the haste did not have a cap and DRKs were supposely at 94% haste. (and hundred fists speed is supposely only 75% haste) Then that would be almost 20% faster then hundred fists and worth every damn gil for that damn apocalyse.

Stuff like the HQ staves, destroyers, and the kraken club ultimately broke the reward/effort for relics when the relics couldn't compete (claustrum) or beat them by a large margin (destroyers).

6-7% just doesn't justify. 20-25% does.

Won't tear it up by that much maybe 6-7% which is amazingly pathetic considering if you obtain a relic and all that gear legitly its 2-3 years of work. You're making yourself sound like a complete dumbass and should really stop posting =/. Merits are more of a decider than gear in FF for the most part a fully meritted >job here< can do the same as a pimped out fully meritted >job here< the only difference is the pimped out person might be able to do it a couple seconds faster or have 30 more mp.

90% of our "massive" threads get rewritten into new fresh thread, and this is the third one for relics.

This time instead of modding the shit of posts that talk about if a relic/mythic is worth it or not, I decided to open up a thread on it. Which is already more popular then the relic/mythic thread itself. And thats fine. I talked to Sono about if before hand, and we agreed it was a good idea.

/shrug I made 2 out of one and it seems to be just fine. The people that want to complain about it rarely make posts worth while anyways, so no hearts broken from them bitching.
