does anybody know of a droid lockscreen app for the iphone where you draw a pattern to unlock your phone.

this 4digit password crap is nonsense, its too easy to figure out!

Yeah it's called AndriodLock. I used it for a few hours before the novelty wore off. There's something about simply sliding across to quickly unlock that beats any crazy pattern you make.

Also I found that sometimes even though the pattern was right it wouldn't unlock. I would try about 10 times before it finally unlocked. Kinda gayyyy.

basic question. how do i prevent duplicate songs from saving to my ipod touch, and is there an easy way of deleting duplicates off my ipod ?

Seems like a complete port of the PC version (minus the no mini-games) but oh so much fun still.

Want to populate my iphone with some games.

So far it seems Plant vs Zombie is highly recommended, I will find a demo first though as I am not sure if it'll appeal to me with the way it sounds.

Any comments for Chinatown Wars (GTA) ? Am thinking of that, seems like something I can consume a lot of idle time with.

I couldn't wait till summer, and bought a 16GB 3GS this past weekend cuz my blackberry fucking sucked donkey balls.

FF Crystal Defenders is pretty tight, and it's on sale this week b/c of FF1 and 2's release. It's like a tower defense game, only you're buying and upgrading FFTA2-type characters - white monk, time mage, super cute moogle BLM, THF, ranger. If you like tower defense games, it's a good purchase. I've put a lot of time into this game already.

Picked up Peggle as well cuz I was addicted to that game last year when the addon came out for WoW. Words with Friends is good (get the free version, I didn't know there was a free one and bought the $3 one ugh) If you have it/get it, my name on there is Tyrannitar. Feel free to invite me to a game.

@thestig Plants vs Zombies is really good. It's def worth dropping a couple bucks on.

Plants and Zombies is fucking nuts, I love it. The ONLY complaint I have is that the load up time sucks. But the gameplay is smooth and fun as hell.

3G or 3GS?

If you are getting a 3GS, it for sure is gonna have the new baseband, which means forget it, there is no jailbreak option for you right now.

If 3G, it's gonna have the latest 3.1.3, which means your only option is Redsnow.

Nope. Only the older 3GS are tethered. The latest ones are currently completely screwed.

Any suggestions on what to use to tether to a laptop. Going to need to use it for vacation. I seen modem in cydia as well as a few others.

I've been using MyWi from Rock, no problems at all. Works perfect. Little pricey at $10, but we have great 3G here, so it's been worth it.
